I am currently a junior at William Jewell College majoring in Recreation and Sport Management, with a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership. I was a four year soccer starter at Lee's Summit North High School, and now a third year starter at WJC. I am interested in helping others achieve their fitness, nutrition, and well-being goals. I want to teach others and assist them in understanding the importance of strength training with a nutrition emphasis, as well as implementing these sound techniques into their everyday lives. I have the desire to enhance my knowledge by continuing my education within these fields of becoming a certified personal trainer and registered dietitian. I am also interested in massage therapy, reflexology, and aromatherapy; I hope to incorporate these into my main objective of helping people with their fitness and nutritional needs.
