Personal Fitness/Sports Performance Training
- Training programs designed for improving Strength, Speed, Endurance, Flexibility, Balance, Agility, Power, Fat-Loss, Metabolic Conditioning, Bone Strength, Post-Rehab, and Overall Wellness.
- Individual Programs from $175 to $255 each Month.(4 Weeks)
- Tandem(2) Programs from $145 to $225 per person, each Month.(4 Weeks)
- Small Group(3) Programs from $115 to $195, per person, each Month.(4 Weeks)
- Medium Group(4-5) Programs from $90 to $145, per person, each Month.(4 Weeks)
- Training is in a Semi-Private format; contact me for information on Private sessions.

Nutrition Programs
- Plans available with or without Fitness Training.
- Designed and tailored to meet the needs of each individual, with goals consisting of fat-loss, enhance athletic performance, increase muscle mass, etc.
- Nutrition plans combined with fitness training program are $50, individual nutrition plans (web-based/in person) are $75, per person, each month.

**Web-Based Training
- Private Personal Training for those who don't have time to come and train, or are already working out somewhere but need a personalized plan.
- Personalized training plan designed to meet the needs of each client.
- Strength workouts, cardio workouts, recovery days, meal plans all included.
- $100 per Month: Includes unlimited workouts, and weekly plans set up for each day.
