Personal Fitness Training
- Private personal fitness training including Corrective Exercise, Flexibility, Post-rehab, Strength, Endurance, Bone Strength, Cardiac Strength, Metabolic Conditioning, Fat-loss, and Overall Wellness.
- One-on-One, Tandem (2), or Small Group (3-4) Training.
- Thirty and Sixty-minute sessions available, up to Four times per week.
- Programs designed to meet the needs and desires of each individual client, with training history, medical history, and time-table used to design program parameters.
- One-On-One Training is paid for Monthly as follows: **Web-Based Training ($100), Up to 8 sessions ($175), Up to 12 sessions ($215), and Up to 16 sessions ($265).
- Tandem (2) Training is as follows: Up to 8 sessions ($145), Up to 12 sessions ($185), and Up to 16 sessions ($235).
- Small Group (3) Training is as follows: Up to 8 sessions ($115), Up to 12 sessions ($155), and Up to 16 sessions ($205).
- Medium Group (4-5) Training is as follows: Up to 8 sessions ($90), Up to 12 sessions ($120), and Up to 16 Sessions ($145).

Sports Performance Training
- Private personal fitness training designed to improve the playing performance of athletes aged 14 and up.
- Training specifically designed to improve performance in each particular sport. (Volleyball, Football, Soccer, Track & Field, Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Tennis, Cross Country, etc.)
- Strength, Speed, Flexibility, Endurance, ACL pre-hab/post-rehab, Balance, Sprinting/Jumping Power, Agility, etc.
- One-on-One, Tandem (2), Small Group (3) or Medium Group (4-5) Training.
- Sixty-minute sessions available, up to Four times per week.
- Training is paid for monthly, using the same pricing format for all training.
- Contact me for information on Large Groups of 6 or more people, or for athletes under the age of 14.

**Web-Based Training
- Private Personal Training for those who don't have time to come and train, or are already working out somewhere but need a personalized plan.
- Personalized training plan designed to meet the needs of each client.
- Strength workouts, cardio workouts, recovery days, meal plans all included.
- $100 per Month: Includes unlimited workouts, and weekly plans set up for each day.
