Sports Training and Personal Training

This is not your average ‘Gym’ or personal training ‘Studio’.  We don’t do any fad workouts or generalized programs. We don’t push products or membership sales. We don’t use gimmicks, machines, or ‘cardio’ equipment. Most importantly, we DON’T do what every other trainer is doing.

What DO we do at our facility?

We make you work hard to achieve your desired results. We use Science as the basis for our programs. We require you to make a commitment, and push yourself toward your goals. We use individualized programs that are developed for each client. And WE will be un-satisfied if you don’t get the results and meet the goals you are stiving for!

We offer Sports Training for various sports (and QB-skill training), Personal Training for various interests (fat-loss, figure-competitions, strength, endurance, post-rehab, etc), and Powerlifting for serious competitors and average enthusiasts alike. We have trainers with individual specializations and styles, so we can meet the needs of anyone that has exercise-related goals or needs.

We have a 1500 sq/ft facility featuring multiple Squat-Cages, Free-Weights/Bars, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Jump Boxes, Vertical Tester, Bands, Tire, Sledge- Hammers, Foam Rollers and the Sled.
